Jim Pfaff established his Electrical business in 1973 in the garage of his own home. 46 years later Pfaff Electric has grown into a successful family run business that stands proud of the long list of commercial, industrial and residential projects both large and small that it has managed.

Through the early years Jim dedicated an enormous amount of energy and long hours to his vision of building a successful family business. His wife Karen managed the accounting department. Jim and Karen's son Jeff signed on for his electrical apprenticeship in 1985 at the age of 18 and over the next 34 years carried forward Jims vision by earning his own titles of Journeyman, Estimator, Project Manager and Vice President. Their daughter Debra came on board in 2002 to work in the office. She was soon hired as the full-time Office Administrator to meet the demands of the growing company. Jeff's son Christopher is also now a licensed Journeyman and has been a part of the Pfaff Electrical team for the past 10 years.

More new and exciting events have taken place at Pfaff Electric. Jim and Karen are very proud and pleased to announce that the transition from Jim to Jeff as President and Owner of Pfaff Electric officially took place in January 2019.
